Delivery goes through your local city florists.

All orders will send for deliveries after the Credit card payment made successful. We recommend you pay by Pal Pal account for immediate payment. It does avoid the delay of credit card process, so order can send on same day. And some countries do have next day delivery.

You can send your message with the gift. Most of our web stores will send your message at free of cost in a greeting card along with the gift

We charge the service and packaging fees on every order, which is not refundable. You may find the fees in shopping cart.

Please check with the related web store's. Some western countries do not have services on Sundays and Arab countries on Fridays.

As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date.

Some exceptions apply to that rule:

Floral orders can be cancelled up to three working days before the delivery date

Cancellation after this time can only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, and chargeback cannot be guaranteed.
